Career Coach

Direct from Didi: As your Career Coach, we will focus on what is important to you and reflect on both your past and present as a developmental tool to discovering your future. 

After completing 40 in-depth questions about you, the testing is over and the real work begins.  I am not your typical Career Coach because exams and questionnaires will not define you.  We will be focused on defining success, by your terms, and pushing you to discover the true person who is ready to be discovered!

Often we lose the ability to keep up our personal motivation, to remember exactly who we want to be, and simply put --- get tired of trying to be our best.  Together we will work through a six-month coaching program focused on proven strategies to become results driven at work, make positive choices in your career, reduce procrastination, let go of perfectionism and create a winning life.
